Precision Business Solutions was founded as a Technology company, which remains its core service today. We function as the IT Department for businesses, bringing a vast array of skill sets and experiences to our clients.
PrecisionBS is a NO CONTRACT firm, meaning, we do not lock our clients into any form of contract to utilize our support services. Our goal is to function as an extension of your company, providing service and support when needed, but also proactively, helping to ensure high levels of uptime.
We provide MANAGED SERVICES, meaning that we work with our clients, but also independently, maintaining and monitoring systems to ensure everything is running smoothly and remains online. We utilize two software products to accomplish this, ProActive and our in-house Precision Management System (coming summer 2011). These two products provide a powerful combination, which you can read more about on our IT Management page.
Our Technology Division works as a TEAM, so our clients have access to various skill sets and specialties of many people. Each technologist has a different background, skill set and expertise, and we work to match those needs with the needs of our client, on every task. That way the most experienced technologists are working on the tasks they have a specialty in.
One of the methods of task assignment is by TASK TIERS, which basically break the task into three main categories of services: Computer, Network & Server. Again, this helps to ensure that the correct technologist with the right background and experience works on your issue, so if you had a server issue, a technologist with server experience and background would be assigned that task.
We are a FULL SERVICE firm, able to provide or facilitate any technology need for our clients….a one stop shop. We’ve partnered with and became resellers of various related products, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft, Xerox, Dell, Allworx and TalkSwitch, to help us better support the needs of our clients.
