Our ProActive software allows PrecisionBS Technologists to more efficiently maintain our client's systems, in addition to alerting us of any problems. It does this by acting as an on site technician, watching your system 24x7, reporting all problems back to the office to be resolved.

Precision Management Portal is our latest edition to client systems management. PMP allows us to manage and track all client incidents, time and resources, allowing for a centralized repository of information. The “information management” includes all details about our clients systems, from copier vendor information to the procedures for creating new employee profiles. PMS will help us by providing the details needed to allow our technologists to quickly access information about the systems they are supporting, as each of our clients are unique. This will ultimately lead to faster service time (less billable time) and less system downtime (more client productivity).
