While there are "cheap hosting" options available all over the Internet, we decided to invest locally in our own in-house data center for improved support and service. Having full control of the servers in house means there is no middle man. We have the capabilities to make any changes and in any way, to meet our clients needs.
We may not be a Tier 4 Data Center, but we do pride ourselves on our uptime, and our network is monitored 24x7 by an outside service that alerts us of any downtime. In addition, we have redundant HVAC as well as a propane generator to ensure we don't get knocked offline. Not to mention a blazing fast 30Mb/30Mb Primary Internet connection.
