ProActive’s IT Automation Framework allows PrecisionBS Technologists to proactively monitor, manage, and maintain distributed IT infrastructures remotely, easily, and efficiently with one integrated Web based platform. This system will allow PrecisionBS technicians to more efficiently maintain our client's systems, in addition to instantly alerting us of any problems. It does this by acting as an onsite technician, watching your system 24x7, reporting all problems back to the office to be resolved.
The primary functions of ProActive are:
- Weekly Systems Maintenance, ensuring your system is as fast as possible
- 24x7 Systems Monitoring, reporting back issues such as a failing hard drive or not enough memory to PrecisionBS Technologists for resolution
- Anti-Virus/Spyware Software
- Weekly Anti-Spyware Scans (using different software than above)
- Microsoft Security Updates (patch management)
- Auditing (ability to run reports to list software, including software shouldn't be installed)
- And many, many more.
