ProActive’s IT Automation Framework allows PrecisionBS Technologists to proactively monitor, manage, and maintain distributed IT infrastructures remotely, easily, and efficiently with one integrated Web based platform. This system will allow PrecisionBS technicians to more efficiently maintain our client's systems, in addition to instantly alerting us of any problems. It does this by acting as an on site technician, watching your system 24x7, reporting all problems back to the office to be resolved.
The primary functions of ProActive are:
- Monitor systems 24x7, reporting back issues to us for resolution (eg. low RAM, low disk space, hard drive errors)
- Control/Manage Windows Security Updates (Patch Management)
- Includes Anti-Virus, with forced weekly scans
- Includes Anti-Spyware, with forced weekly scans
- Weekly System Maintenance, cleaning your system to ensure it runs as fast as possible (currently over 17 weekly maintenance tasks run)
- Hardware Inventory
- Software Inventory
- Network Scans/Inventory
- And the list continues
