After buying his first computer and it arriving dead on arrival (DOA), Ron began his trek into the computer world. Before that day, computers were just a means to an end, but when his new one arrived and simply did not turn on, he had to know why and try to fix it. Well, it turned out the power supply was dead and after getting it replaced, he was on his way to becoming a PC Technician. That was over eight years ago. Today, Ron fixes computers for other people at Precision Business Solutions and has come a long way from that fateful day. Ron graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 2005 with a degree in Network Administration. Last fall, Ron successfully passed and earned the Network+ Certification and is currently working on obtaining a certification in Deploying and Managing Windows Small Business Server 2008 and will soon be working towards a certification in Windows 7. Ron heads up our Johnstown-based office providing quick support to our clients in that area. He currently owns an iPhone, making him the go-to guy for iPhone support at PrecisionBS. He also works on and manages our clients' servers and networks on a daily basis, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently and troubleshoots any issues that rear their ugly heads. In his off time, Ron likes to hit it up on Xbox Live with video games, hanging out with his friends, and spending time with his wife. He also just found out that he's going to be a father this coming December so we wish him the best with that!
