Brock is a native of Duncansville. He was brought on board in March of 2007 with a Network Administration degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Before working at Precision Business Solutions, he was employed by Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh as a Microcomputer Specialist. After relocating back to the area he was then employed by Geek Squad as a Double Agent in the Altoona area.

Brock is responsible for handling and troubleshooting support calls and works with PrecisionBS clients on a daily basis. Brock works on a wide spectrum of technical related issues, ranging from cell phones and PDAs to Vista Desktops and Microsoft Windows Servers.

Brock has returned to school to pursue his Bachelor's Degree.  While in school, Brock continues to work for PrecisionBS on a part time basis, supporting our clients remotely from Pittsburgh.
